We are aware that you may wish to bring in decor, flowers, photography, music etc for your function. The Nesbitt Castle does not provide theses servises as we are solely a venue provider, however we do have a list of possible service providers, available seperately on request, with whom we have worked successfully in the past.

Please note that any extras such as those mentioned above are for your own account with the service provider of your choice.

If you wish to use any musicians that are not familiar with The Nesbitt Castle, kindly organise for them to see us a few days before the function so that we can arrange where they are going to set themselves up to best effect. The musicians should arrange their own extension cables, adaptors, tables and anything else they might require for the function.

Please note that it is customary to seat and provide a main meal for any extra service providers present at your function. This will include your photographer, videographer, DJ. etc so do remember to include them in your final numbers.
